WHAT WE DO
What do we do - just talk? You don’t need someone in your ear to tell you all the things you’re doing wrong, don’t have in place, or should have. So what’s the point of a consultant? You need support, not pats on the back or platitudes from some guru. Support in the sense of understanding, someone that knows what you’re going through and made it to the other side.
We take the time to listen and identify. I take notes and provide executive summaries, I can answer questions and brainstorm. Hopefully, steer you away from jumping off a cliff and give you the right amount of ‘nudge’ to move into something even better that is not quite clear yet.
I listen, you talk, then you listen I talk. I’ll share ideas, practices and other general items I may find relevant to your situation. This is the beginning of you seeing things differently or perhaps for the first time. Motivators that are healthy and obtainable.
Now we work - well you work, I just cheer you on and give you the road map. Will I come in and do sales training for your Sales Manager? Maybe, if this is a need and we’re building a deeper long-term relationship, this might make sense. But to be honest, you don’t need someone to jump in and fix your problems; you need to stop the problems before they start, and chances are they’re self-inflicted. If I or someone else fix your sales problem, that doesn’t give you the tools, experience or leadership skills to take you further. BUT if you have the powerful tools, experience and support to fix some of these systemic issues in your business, family and honestly your business traits inherent or learned then the next phase will be easier than the last, not to say it won’t be hard, but at least this time you’ll be equipped to confidently lead into the future.
What do we do? We equip leaders to lead confidently into the future - whatever the future may hold.
