So what’s it going to take? A good attitude? You already know that - of course, money money money. What do I look like a charity? It’s going to cost you time, money and effort. Yea, no magic pill, unfortunately.

$1,000/mo min 3 mo. That’s it to start, meeting 12 times, once a week for an hour. We’ll make more progress in the last 3 sessions than the first 9 - or at least don’t be surprised if that’s the case. In the first 2-3 sessions we’re getting a feel - remember no magic pill? Yeah, don’t talk to me once thinking all your problems will disappear. After 2 sessions and a bit of reasonable homework - think grade 4 homework - we’ll be positioned to launch into rewiring pathways and executing plans for meaningful, tangible change. After that? We’ll be building you up to be able to confidently move forward without me at the end of 3 months.

How realistic is that? Well most people hang on for 6-9 months, 3 months scares away the tire kickers, and really my hope is that you’ll want to learn more, grow more and see more results. And that can happen if we extend the timeframe of support.

What else can we do? Brain dumps - call me, got something rattling around in your brain and want to ‘verbal diarrhea’ all over me - yikes what a picture - it’s actually a really helpful service. As entrepreneurs, there are so many times that we’re driving and just need to blurt out our thoughts, feelings etc about something but where do you turn? You need an unbiased, shoot-it-straight kind of person who is also taking notes. That is what I do. Call me, brain dump, I will give some feedback, write a summary, and email that to you and we will revisit it later. The cost $100/h - talk for 15mins, 15min summary $50 etc - well worth the money actually; should I increase that? hmmm

Projects. Outside of 1 on 1 coaching and brain dumps, I can assist with projects. Projects are things I’ve done before in my business and things I can replicate in your business ie software implementation, phone system setup, marketing plans, and sourcing freelancers etc These are billed as time+ or fixed cost depending and you’ll have an idea of how this will tangibly benefit you prior to commencing a project. But I’ve done projects as small as $250 and as large as $20,000 - just depends on what you need and my capacity to support on a larger scale.
