HOW WE HELP

If you’re smart - well of course you are. I wouldn’t call you dumb before you hire me… Then you’re asking yourself ‘What am I going to get out of this?’ Well instead of saying something like ‘whatever you’re willing to put in’ or some other bs coaching line I will say this. We will imagine a world where you’re ready, fed up, ready for change, okay with checking your ego at the door, and able to say you’re NOT God’s gift to whatever it is your doing. That’s what it means to be ready. I know you’re ready - you know you’re ready, what are you going to get? How will Eric Peterson with Black Kettle Help? What will be the outcome? What’s the ‘end product’ Eric’s selling here? My goal from the very day we start together is to work myself out of a job with you.

 

I want each session, each day, to bring us closer to you not needing me anymore. Not because I stop providing value, but because you put in the sweat equity, the hard work, that will stop the conscious or subconscious self-sabotage t that’s led you here in the first place. Maybe you got it all together in business, but that's where your efforts ended, and your wife and kids are missing out on what it means to have a dad around. Or you’re happy at home, and your projects go great. Still, you can't get this customer service thing right, or perhaps you're a family man, everybody’s favourite contractor but you have a revolving door of employees and other production issues holding you back.
